Which embroidery file formats are supported?
Persofy supports DST, PES, JEF, EXP, EMB, HUS, XXX, TAP and Barudan/Tajima-related formats. We cover the most common commercial embroidery machine formats.
How does the Shopify integration work?
Persofy connects to your Shopify store via API. When a customer places a personalized order, the personalization data flows to Persofy automatically for validation and file generation.
How long does implementation take?
Typical implementations go live in 2-4 weeks. This includes workflow discovery, integration setup, testing and launch support.
What types of personalization are supported?
Text and monogram embroidery, logo uploads, team name/number workflows, and custom design rule applications. Each is configured to your specific product catalog.
What happens if a file generation fails?
Failed generations are flagged immediately with detailed error information. You can configure automatic retries, fallback formats or manual review queues.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We process order data only for file generation and do not store customer personal information beyond what's needed for production.
Do you support WooCommerce or Magento?
We currently focus on Shopify as our primary platform. WooCommerce and Magento support is on our roadmap. Custom ecommerce platforms can integrate via our API.
What is the pricing model?
Persofy uses a combination of monthly platform fee, one-time setup fee and usage-based pricing per generated file. This keeps costs aligned with the value delivered.
