What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee starting from $2,000 covers workflow discovery, integration setup, template configuration, testing and go-live support. Complexity depends on your catalog, personalization rules and fulfillment process.
How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay per personalized order or generated file on top of the monthly platform fee only when you exceeded your plans order limit. This keeps pricing aligned with the value you get, more orders means more automation value.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or adjust your plan as your needs change. We scale with your business.
Can you help me with Shopify frontend customizations?
Yes, we're a official Shopify partner and we create custom interfaces for our clients to make their store unique en the customer experience smooth.
Can you digitize my truetype font?
